SAGINAW TWP - Dan Krauzneck scored on a shootout goal to seal the Saginaw Heritage home win over Flint Powers Catholic.
Heritage teammates Tim Cornford and Alex Schempp added first-period goals in regulation. Schempp scored with one second remaining in the first period.
"This is our fourth win in a row and puts us in prime postition for the playoffs," Heritage coach JJ Bamberger said.
Powers kept the game close with a second-period goal before both defenses took over.
